.XLG File AutoCAD 2025

Since installing AutoCAD 2025 everytime I save my dwg I get a new/updated .xlg file. It says its an Xref log file.

The file is the same name as the parent file but is twice the size and contains a log of the most recent Xref functions

system variable XREFCTRL =0

I cant figure out how to turn it off, can anyone help me out?

Hi,

Run the 'Reset to default' option and use the 'Export Settings' option.

Still the same issue? With Administration rights,   Clean uninstall, clean new Install.

I guess you used the migration from previous version feature, is it possible? 

Don't use it now.

"XREFCTRL" Unknown

XREFCTL is Xref logs on/off

Thanks mate that worked.And yes it was XREFCTL not what I wrote.
