AutoCAD 2016 and 2017 should run in a Windows 10 32-bit as confirmed by @cadffm.  Here are the system requirements for AutoCAD.

Is there a reason that you are using a 32-bit system?

fyi Autodesk will stop making 32 bit versions of autocad , 2019 will probably be the last version to have a 32 bit version

so if you plan to use Autocad beyond 2019 you will need to move a 64 bit os

You download and install the 32bit version of AutoCAD, if one is available: if there isn't one, you need to upgrade WIndows, there is no other fix, 32bit Windows are not good enough anymore for CAD users.
