view from model space autocad not working

I'm trying to use the "viewbase" command and it doesn't work for me, I'm trying to bring the views to layout and only a red box appears.

I hope you can help me

Hi @Dan-Rod 

Try opening a new drawing and copy the model into the new drawing and use the command "VIEWBASE". Let us know if it works now 🙂

Check your graphic card is updated and turn on your GRAPHICSCONFIG (type it on the command line).

For just this object, or only with this dwg-file and using which version and update of AutoCAD (command _ABOUT shows the exact release information).

If it's file-specific then please show is the dwg-file and the version of AutoCAD you are using.

Please provide the information @Alfred.NESWADBA and @pendean requested.

On your AutoCAD command line:

     Type ABOUT and send an image.

     Type GRAPHICSCONFIG and send an image.

     Attach the DWG.

Otherwise, verify and check the suggestions on these links:

• System requirements for AutoCAD
• Improving AutoCAD performance with older or low-end graphics cards
• As last option - reset AutoCAD to defaults
