Unfolding a complex solid to make paper model net

I am trying to make paper model of a complex solid (compound of five cubes). I don't understand how can I make an unfolded flat image which i can print and fold and stick together to make the complete solid.
One way I think this can be done is by manually tracing shapes of small surfaces and making it out of that.

But I cant seem to trace the shapes as the software doesn't recognize the intersections of cubes.

I have attached my solid here.

Explode the 3D Solid(Every face will be a separate element after exploding) and Move/Rotate the solids to match the expected unfolded view and then print it

I would have done it for you(But I am working on Autocad 2016 and your file is of higher version), But it'll help you understand if you do it on your own.Post here, If you still need assistance.
