Unable to run Application Manager

hi,

an error message that showing each time when i start the PC and the message says :

'' Unable to run Application Manager. It appears Autodesk Application Manager Services is not available. Please close all other instances and retry.''

and this happen when we upgrade the software from 2014 to 2016

Were you able to download the Autodesk Desktop App? 

The AKN article says that this issue was resolved with the Desktop App. 

If you do a clean uninstall/reinstall does this issue still happen?

Have you applied all of the Autodesk service packs? 

It should be an update through the service pack. 

If you have applied it I would recommend uninstalling/reinstalling the application manager.
