scattered Lines depending on OS

Hello,

I'm not sure this is the correct place to post this so pardon my ignorance,

I have a User with a problem :

When they open a Autodesk DWG Trueview file on a server 2008 R2 the file opens normally, However when it's opened on a Server 2012 R2 the lines are scattered all over the place. Similar to this post :

http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/dwg-trueview/display-shows-scattered-lines/td-p/5044348

has there been a fix to this issue? or is the only solution uninstall version 2015 and install version 2013? what if this isn't the current version installed, or i am not allowed to uninstall version 2015?

thank you for your time

Stefan

The video card on the 2012 Server is conflicting with the application. Get newer or older drivers or try this tip http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/dwg-trueview/dwg-true-view-hardware-acceleration/m-p/5554012#M19420

But since neither OS is supported though for that application, no one at Autodesk or Microsoft is going to give you much help. Good luck.
