PDF Preset

How do you add "PDF Presets"?

I publish including a lot of layout tabs but need them to print in grayscale.  I also need them to include all layers and bookmarks.

I have PC3's set-up from previous versions which I use to to publish in grayscale using the "plotter named in page setup" but this won't include layers or bookmarks.

When I modify the preset pc3's importing an existing pc3 the preset dissappears from the PDF Preset dropdown.

Need help.

Edit the DWF to PDF PC3 file you want to use (PLOTTERMANAGER command, double-click on that PC3 file) and set the layers/bookmark options there http://thatcadgirl.com/did-you-know-about-dwg-to-pdf/ , and for monochrome you need to create pagesetups in a template file and import when needed http://www.ellenfinkelstein.com/acadblog/tutorial-create-a-page-setup-for-plotting/
