old problem revisited ......can't delete blocks

Hi, these snips are of un-purgable blocks that came from who knows where.

Is it safe to assume I need a second party purger? If so, is there a good free one? Years ago I used CDGpurge.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

oddly enough, just out of curiosity I ran it twice on a couple of files and they actually grew a little.
