AutoCAD 2016 Preferring Intel P3000

I am sick to death of having to disable / uninstall / cripple my PCs Intel P3000 onboard graphics chip just to force AutoCAD to unwillingly submit to using a higher end, but not preferred / not certified graphics card. It was the same with AutoCAD 2015 and my old GTX760.

I use 3DSMax 2016 mainly, and would like to keep Windows GUI restricted to running on the Intel P3000 and save the GTX980's memory solely for rendering. So in one Autodesk package I need to keep the Intel P3000 alive, and on the other Autodesk package I have to kill it.

Can someone please sort this annoying behaviour out? And no, I am never going to buy a Quadro. You can't make me.

Autodesk says: AutoCAD uses the wrong graphics card
