License Transfer Utility Issue

on my LTU it says:

The License you are trying to export is associated with a license model that does not support license transfer. 

Even though I purchased a standalone license to be able to transfer it to a new computer.

What shoul I do?

LTU seems to think otherwise: are you a student? If not, where did you purchase from and can you contact them?
