If you have to ask the question, then certainly - Windows OS.

Just picked up the i7 version of this. http://www.asus.com/Notebooks/ASUS_ROG_G751JL/specifications/

Expandable to 32gb and has an extra HD bay.

Just to give you a feeling, I'm both a Windows and Mac User, so I can't really give you a preference.

Mac: I use for mostly for graphic design, its interface, and surfing the web.
Windows: I use for rendering, animation, and video games.

Anyone can put equivalent hardware into an OS and call it awesome. I would say it all comes down to what interface you're more comfortable with, though it's good to use and learn something new too.

What's your experience with, MAC or Windows? Is this for school or work?

That only answered part of the question.

How much experience do you have with Macs?

How much experience do you have with Windows boxes?

Do you have mission critical software that is limited to one or the other OS?
