How to increase the size of the text @ input ?

The first photo shows a larger menu text which is fine. The second photo shows the text when I go to input dimensions which comes out small . Is there a way to increase the small text?

AutocAD only lets you change here

Windows OS controls everything else.

you can always use your scroll mouse while you're in dimension text edit mode and zoom in closer
