Hatching won't work as usual.

When I hatch a form and try to anti-hatch a hole in the middle, it doens't work.

It only occurs in Autocad 2016 on Windows, not on Mac.

How can I solve this issue?

you have two overlap hatch area ( see attached ), so this may cause your problem.
