FATAL ERRORS when closing AC17 in Windows 7

Dear Team.

Ich installed Windows 7.

There i installed AC17 Deutsch (German). > AutoCAD_2017_German_Win_64bit_dlm_001_002.sfx

Then i installed the english language pack > AutoCAD_2017_English_LP_Win_64bit_dlm.sfx
Also the AC17-Update to AC17.1.1 > AutoCAD_2017.1.1_Update_64bit.exe

And also the AC17 service pack 1 > AutoCAD 2017 SP1 (64-Bit )

english and german Version starts normal.

BUT both of them always ends with FATAL ERRORS (when i quit the english and german application AC17)

What could i do for close AC17 without FATAL ERRORS`?

Kind regards

Se Ur

Hi,

welcome @Anonymous.autodesk.com!

Did you see the crash also before you installed the English language pack?

Also important: do you get the crash after the last dwg was closed or do you see the crash while any documents are open in AutoCAD?

I would start with:

create a new Windows user account, give that user admin permissions, login with that account, disconnect your workstation from network, disable antivirus software ... and now try AutoCAD again ...

PS: there is also a German AutoCAD forum >>>there<<<
