Failure to export license

Hello,

I've recently upgraded a Windows 7 32bit machine to 64 bit.

when i wanted to export the license and bring it to my new 64 bit machine, it returned with "Code 40" Failed to export license

I see my serial and ID number, but the utility keeps failing.

How can I successfully fix this issue and resume proper AutoCad 2015 work?

Error Code: 40
Lost license handler callback function is not registered
