Extruding a helix

Hello.

I need to extrude a solid object out of a 2D shape which is partly made with a helix, arc and lines.

I cannot make the outer part a region, which I need to do to extrude it properly.

The inner circle is mean to be subtracted from the outer shape to make the final model.
