Is there a place or book where I can learn more commands for basic autocad and civil 3D? I know a lot of basics. I want become more efficient at my job. I am in the oil and gas as well as telecom.

If you're not looking for a specific command to do a specific thing, you could just work your way through the Commands listing in Help, and see what you find.  Some will be obviously of little use to you, but some will be worth exploring in detail.
