AutoCAD doesn't work with ZScaler

We are using AutoCad and it breaks because it doesn't work well with our ZScaler proxy's SSL inspection capabilities.

Do you have a solution for that?

We cannot open server list with wild card characters as per the below -

Autodesk Desktop Server list

*.akamaiedge.net  - No way are we opening a whole CDN
•*.amazonaws.com  - No way are we opening a whole cloud provider
•*.autocadws.com
•*.autodesk.com
•*.autodesk360.com
•*.cloudfront.net - No way are we opening a whole cloud provider
•*.getsatisfaction.com – User tracking…. NO
•*.google-analytics.com  – User tracking…. NO
•*.newrelic.com – User tracking…. NO
•*.skyscraper.autodesk.com – No way are we opening a collaboration platform open to any parties
•*.virtualearth.net – No way are we opening the Bing family

Hi @Anonymous,

I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Wildcard exceptions per domain are pretty common. I don't have any additional information on more definitive ones but I will try to see if I can get a response from the development group. This might take some time however. Thanks in advance  for your patience.

Hi Abhijeet

It appears that Autodesk have missed *.autocad360.com from their list of required open sites.  the below appear to be all that are absolutely necessary for licensing to work.

•*.autocadws.com
•*.autodesk.com
•*.autodesk360.com

•*.autocad360.com

Regards

Mike

Just curious if excluding these improved the situation as we are seeing the same thing.

The green checkmark next to the solution means it worked.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.
