Nodes or End points dont show up when selecting lines anymore

Normally, when selecting lines you can see the end points or nodes on each end, and you can drag them to stretch that line, or hover over it to see how much the length is. But now suddenly these nodes or end points arent showing up and i cant find anything online on how to fix it or if i pressed something accidentally. If anyone knows how to bring them back please let me know.

thanks in advance

You either turned off the variables PICKFIRST and PICKADD (the recommended default settings are noted in your program's HELP, look them up)...

OR

you turned off the GRIPMULTIFUNCTIONAL (System Variable) which you can also look up in HELP to set to the recommended setting.

Thanks for the help, i just tried all three of these and the nodes still dont show up 😕

If it helps at all, the problem was never selecting the lines, I can still do that, they still glow blue whenever i click on them, its jut the end points, the little squares that used to pop up with the glowing blue as well, those arent showing up anymore. so now i just feel like i work slower since i have to type in commands that i used to be able to skip by just manoovering these points manually. like the measurement or angle of a line, or stretching, etc..

I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone knows what to do.. thnks in advance 🙂

Firstly, they’re called “grips”. You might want to post a sample drawing that has this problem. That brings up another question. Is it one drawing or all drawings?

Check out this topic. I would try the first suggestion to "turn on selection grips".
