Dialog boxes must be redesigned /scalable / acces to measure tools

The dialog boxes for automatic joints need a complete redesign. And this does not mean a new colour as a new "feature".

They are too complex, there are no tooltips or other help. Sometimes you cannot read the categories on the left side.

The boxes must be scalable. 

There must also be an option to get access to the measure tools without leaving the dialog box. Sometimes you need a distance or

a angle to insert the correct values in the dialog box.

Agree with everything said here, especially the ability to use distance commands/dimension commands/measure with out the dialog overlay closing. Let us choose when to close the box by clicking a box that says apply and close.

100%! This feature request is similar to some previously raised. Unfortunately, no luck yet, although it would save a lot of time and frustration...

I think also that dialogue boxes should return to the last used tab when re-opened. Furthermore, it would be nice if the default values could retain the last used values (across projects) rather than return factory defaults all the time. I know you can copy these from a similar connection, but it's not the same thing...

the ability to use the distance command when a connection dialogue box is open and for the dialogue box to stay open and not close so that you dont have keep opening it and finding your way back to the tab you where on

What about this from 2 years prior, when it was first bought up as an issue, shouldn't this bug be marked as implemented as well and not because I raised it but because it has taken too long to fix.
