I think I read on another thread to try AutoCAD 'group' and then advance copy.

You must weld the base plate and the stiffeners to the T shape column if you modeled the plates manually.

As an alternative, you can apply the Base plate connection (with values for Base plate and Anchors) and Stiffener connection (with values for Chamfer and Pattern). The connections will include welds.
