I think we need some clarification.  You are pointing to "Flat Bar".  AS treats Flat bar and plates differently.  Plates are more freeform and can be any length, width, and thickness.  Flat bars are treated the same as typical "Beams" such as angle, I-Beam, Channels, etc...  Are you trying to add a size to the Flat Bar section or do you need to make a special plate?
