Export Document Lists to Excel from Folders and Packages in Docs

Within Docs, the document lists in folders and packages are already structured in a table format. However, there is currently no option to export these lists directly.

It should be possible to export document lists in Excel format from both folders and packages. Having an automatic export function would make it much easier to create delivery registers or document indexes when sharing information outside the project.

This functionality would also reduce the risk of errors compared to manually recreating lists, since the exported file would always reflect the actual content of the folder or package.

Additional Improvement:
When exporting, users should have the option to choose which attributes to include in the exported list (e.g., file name, version, description, status, discipline, date, etc.). This flexibility ensures that each exported list can be tailored to its purpose, whether for external delivery, internal tracking, or quality assurance.
