Description:
When reviewing a form, there is currently no option to include a comment when sending it back to the editor. This lack of functionality makes it difficult to communicate why the form is being returned, often requiring a phone call or in-person meeting to explain the issues.
This process is time-consuming and undermines the goals of simplicity, efficiency, and traceability in digital workflows. I propose adding a comment field that becomes available when a reviewer chooses to return a form to the editor. This would allow for clear, documented feedback directly within the platform.
