Real time refraction in open GL

Hi everyone, I've noticed that the IOR has no contribute in real time OpenGL viewport, so I'm suggesting to implement this type of effect maybe looking at what Blender EEVEE already does, I understand that it's a strong approximation but it's better than nothing in my opinion.

update, I've found a workaround:

-set "precomputed + reflections" 

-turn on raytracing (not antialiasing) 

-use only an environment to light the scene and bake the lights

In this way the refractions will be visible and fairly fast.

 

Suggestion: maybe call the option "precomputed + reflection/refractions"
