Tee and 90 block insertion Lisp

I need a Lisp for AutoCAD that can insert elbows and tees at junctions be as follows:

select a few objects , Prompt the user to select a layer through a pop-up  with the following options:

Cold Water
Hot Water
If "Cold Water" is selected:

Exclude all others layered objects from from the selection (if any).
Insert a 90-degree elbow at each polyline vertex that forms a 90-degree angle, ensuring correct orientation.
Insert a tee block at junctions, properly oriented.
For better understanding, I have attached a screenshot and a DWG file.

Do a google for possible answers they are out there. Go to the Autocad Appstore and have a look.

I tried that, as it's more advanced, It has its own complications.

There are a few, most of them are hints. Not a proper one what explained above.

Check appstore again pretty sure Tharwat has a solution. He is often here so he will probably comment.
