Looking for someone to help with custom routines in Autocad/Civil 3d

We have a few custom scripts we want to have created. Dynamo looks to be a good option though it does not need to be Dynamo. We have some limited coding experience though not enough to write the routines effectively. Does anybody have recommendations for someone you have worked with?

I have stuff for CIV3D, but again what do you want to do ?

Have a surfaces toolbar no need to use Toolspace to set surfaces as an example. Load description key sets from Excel Civ3D does not have that option.
