Inserting layout file into current drawing

Hi, 

I am trying to automate a process, wherein i have a layout made and saved, user needs to be able to insert that layout from command line in the existing drawing, how can i achieve this

It is not easy to import a layout with all its objects using ActiveX. It's best to use the built-in command to import a layout from a template. See below. You can right click on a layout tab or the plus sign.
