There are so many AutoCAD .Dwg file viewer on the market, from free of
charge to a few hundred bucks, like Volo View from Autodesk, Dwg Viewer...,
just search the web, you will get a truck load that kind of things. So, why
bother make your own? As for Dwg file format, it is Autodesk's commercial
secret(?!) and they never releases it to public in spite of strong appeal
from CAD community. Some have done a good job to decypher the DWG format and
publish it to public, see (EDITED)
