2015 staus bar is different

I recently upgraded to from 2014 to 2015 and I can't seem to figure how to change the bottom status bar back to what I'm used to which is either icons or even the buttons anything other than what it is.  I just want the bottom status bar to be the same as it has always been for me. where I can turn on/off snap, ortho, grid, grid snap, etc. I think you know what I mean. I would like to have it the way I am used to and have been using for the past 5 years. I understand that this is a new way and maybe one day I will take the time to learn it but right now isn't the time for me. I have googled it, you tubed it, searched in Autodesk 360 etc and I cant seem to find direction on how to change it back. You used to be able to right click but that doesn't work so if anyone could please help me I would deeply appreciate it thank you. my email is ajpassanantejr@gmail.com anything to help I would be so delighted. thank you

PS I circles the ribbon or what I thought was called the status bar that I am referring too and I would like to change back to the way it was in earlier versions if possible

The only thing you can change about the status bar is what tools are available. Most of them you can right-click on, like tool tips. If it isn't working for you, there might be something wrong with your installation.
