Vault Landing Page Default Browser to something supported

Hard to believe that after the life of Microsoft IE has ended that even the latest Vault 2023 is still using IE to display the landing page. This is a problem because if I add a link to the page to an external reference the IE browser is most likely not supported anymore and so it does not work. I am past the what's new in vault page that is out of the box and not into displaying "HELLO World" so how about using a supported browser as default.

@Mike.Wohletz With 2023 Release we did remove the dependency to IE and default browser should work. Can you please share more details on what you are trying? Thanks.

This does seem to be the case with the 2023 client and server. I believe I had been using the previous version client in my initial testing and this is all a client-side thing.

Yes if I am using 2023 on both Client and Server then it does open in the default browser. If I use a 2022 client connected to the 2023 server then it does not.

Thanks for confirming. In that case it is working as expected since we fixed this issue in 2023. So I will close this issue as implemented.
