When filtering a list using the Group By Box, there should be an option to control the default expansion state. At a minimum, the expansion state should be persistent to the folder.
The use case is to present the user with multiple classes of objects from which they can choose. The user should not have to wait for all objects to be loaded when the object of interest resides in only in one class.
