Update assembly visualization files after linked part revision

When revising an Item linked to a design file used on an assembly item the visualization file only updates for the item being revised. This can lead to confusion with the wrong part representation being shown in the visualization files.

I would like an option to update visualization files for higher level Assemblies during the ECO process, even if the higher level files\items are locked.
