Show names when adding users to an ECO routing list
When adding users to an ECO routing list or editing a list, show the full name of the user as well.
When using corporate windows logins, the login could be something like MYDOMAIN/A123456 which is meaningless to someone trying to setup or edit a routing list!
We have the same issue. Our company was acquired and our new user names have no linkage to our actual name. I had to go back to Vault user accounts (instead of Windows accounts) just to have the routing display something recognizable.
