Search Folder - Extended Search at Thin Client

Search Folder - Extended Search at Thin Client

User wants save extended searches at thin Client environment like Vault Browser.

Currently, users have to create a new search in the ThinClient after each new login.
The wish here is that advanced searches can be saved on a user-specific basis.
As well as that the administrator can publish advanced searches for the ThinClient

Requirement - Extended Search at ThinClient

Optional - Distributed Search in separate Column "ThinClient"

Das Speichern von begrenzten erweiterten Suchvorgängen wäre sehr hilfreich. Besonders bei größeren Datenbeständen ist ein dauerhaft gespeicherter Filter wünschenswert.

@Uwe_Lindner

For the Thin Client, a Search can be saved as a browser bookmark.

Clicking the link will allow you to search again and modify the search.

Hi,

I understand that a specific extended search can be saved as a browser bookmark. However, I would like to save the option only to search in a specific category, in my case "Drawing No.". Now I can only save via bookmark to search e.g. "Drawing No" is "pn-1785". But I want to have a quick and efficient way to search for any drawing no.

Why? We use the thin client on our shop floor. Drawings are not printed anymore, but workers open them directly in VAULT. However, when the worker uses the normal search and enters for example the drawing no "pn-1785" he gets several entries and needs to keep on searching himself or configure an extended search. If you need to do this 30 times a day, it starts to be annoying.
