Create PDF, STEP DXF on every checkin

Add the option to create a new secondary file with every check in, so PDf always reflects actual DWG, and step always reflects actual ipt.

with Vault 2024 we added option to create PDF, STEP and DXF during lifecycle Transition as well as manually create those from the Vault Client:
