Request the ability to add Red Lines on PDF files

Hello

Files in Vault can have red lines or watermarks from the item master or from the ECO. 

Thats not the case with the pdf files. We cant anything to a pdf in vault. 

Lets say i want to approve a pdf with a stamp or watermark...it's not possible today. 

Look how rich the redlines and watermarking is for the dwg,idw jpg files 

and compare to the pdf, where we have absolutely nothing

We have many PDFs that get released outside of drawings.  These are specifications and the like.  However, there is no way to mark these up in the change order, my users have to take the extra step of opening it outside of the system and marking it up.  This caused our managers to decide everything must be done this way, including drawings, so they're not taking advantage of the existing markup functionality. 

Please consider adding PDF markup to ECOs.
