Within Vault you can publish a PDF from an .idw or .dwg but not from a SOLIDWORKS drawing. Through the job processor you can publish .dwf files of SOLIDWORKS parts and drawings, let's add the option for PDFs too!
This option should be available manually as well as at Lifecycle changes.
