When we export a batch of PDFs form vault for consumption by outside stakeholders (vendors or customers) - or people that do not have access to our Vault, it would be great if the Pack'n'go tool could take our Vault PDFs (And other files for that matter) and create "external" PDF filenames using selected UDPs form Vault.
For example, When I send out PDFs, I would like the name to be something like: My "PDF Rev 00.pdf" This would make it much easier to manage and support these outside stakeholders.
Renaming the PDFs to contain the Rev ID in Vault causes obvious administrative problems. There has been talk of automatically appending UDPs to filenames during automatic creation, but this too causes problems within Vault.
