Email all users

It would be nice to have a feature where the Vault admin could send emails from Vault, to all current users in Vault.

Additionally, an enhancement to that could be the ability to send separate emails to groups.

Main reason for the feature would be for things like notifying the users of a pending change or Vault server reboot.

Thanks @Markus.Koechl for the quick reply! I tried pulling you into this ... ideea, being a user of Thunderdome since it's 2016 version I was very pleased to see you still keep this updated not knowing future development intentions.  

We will wait and see what future development inside Vault comes in the next releases.

This is best handled by using an Active Directory group with all Vault users in it and sending an email through Outlook.
