Different Button labeling but same Function

Vault user have a Problem with different button labeling in different Folder for the same function.

for example ECO Dialog:

In german Version is the button in the section "Datensätze" (hinzufügen und entfernen) an in the section "Dateien" i the button labeling (anhängen und lösen).

Both funcions have the same functionality bus different names - only in german Version??

Additional we missed a right klick functionality for both functions.

Being involved in localization reviews for German I will include your request in the next review.

However, the functionality is different in the data set and file tab: files/items added to the data set are restricted (exclusively) to this ECO. Files attached and listed in the files tab are both types: the related entities to the ECO plus additionally attached files; these are not exclusive to the ECO. This said I think it makes sense also to differentiate in the command names. But I noticed that the localized command names are all aligned to add an attachment (files, items, ECO), but not to remove (files, ECO are aligned, but not for items).
