Delete e-mail after automatic Check in via Outlook Add In
In the Outlook Add In it is possible to automatically check in a new e-mail from the Inbox. It would be nice if there also was an option that automatially deletes this mail after the check in.
Thanks for posting the idea. If multiple users are mapped to the same Vault folder for Outlook and are all on the same email thread, what is your thoughts on what rule to great on who email delete will delete the file within Vault?
I don't exactly understand your question. The email shouldn't be deleted in Vault in this case but only in Outlook. We use the email as a trigger to create an ECO. There is only one mapping from this ECO email address to a Vault folder. So in this case it would be helpfull if there was an option 'Close file and delete working copies' as in the Check In dialog boxes in Inventor, Autocad.
