It would be very helpful if, as an additional option, the life cycle of the ECO could also be completely defined by the user, identical to the life cycle of the documents including freely definable statuses.
It would also be great if the sending of e-mails could be freely defined even when the status changes.
We currently have the problem in the company that after the construction work has been completed, various departments have to add information and enter data one after the other or at the same time.
As an example of the mapping of the spare parts lists:
- Construction creates the exploded view drawings and PDF's
- The spare parts department checks the PDFs and gives feedback whether it is OK or changes
- Production maps the spare parts in the ERP system
- Graphics department archives the PDFs and puts them online
