It would be nice to add copy/paste to the main grid of the copy design tool. Also for both grids, there should be a right click menu option for the copy and paste. Many users use the right click options rather than the Ctrl -C /Ctrl-V.
To make this tool even better, have a button on the tool bar that automatically copies everything in the panel out to an excel sheet then when excel is closed it writes back all the edits. Much like the way to can edit content center via Excel.
