Change Order Metrics reporting

The reporting needs to be able to pull out data on change order workflow.  Specifically I'm looking for the info that's in the Status tab of the change order when you double click on a state (the dates each state was entered and who did what).  This needs to be available in tabular form so we can sort and filter the data and then be able to create a nice report for metrics and present to upper management.

Also it would be useful to grab all the info in the Records tab.  Currently you can only pull what is on the General tab and the main header.
