Automatic Search Page Extension by Scrolling

If you are searching for some information in all documents, you are restricted to a special number for the shown results. For example 100 and then you have to click more to see the other result "pages". It would be more comfortable, if you have a autoload of the next 100 results, when you are scrolling down the bar. With this you don´t have to click every time "more".

The number you see is restricted because of performance issues. A list in Vault is not generated on the fly but the result of an SQL query. A high number of lines puts a lot of load on the SQL server. You can change the setting in the Data Management Console. In my experience “400” is a good compromise between usability and performance. But that might vary for your server.

Thank you for your  response. My proposal is to develop an automatic page shift of the 100 or maybe 400 fast sequential loaded elements, when you reach the bottom of scroll bar. Then you don´t have to click every time "More" and "More" and "More" and so on. With this you have furthermore the fast SQL-communication and more user comfort.
