attachment creation via context menu

Hi,

I think a quick way to attach a file to a file in Vault would be as follows:

1. Find the file you want to attach

2. Right-click - Copy

3. Find the file you want to attach to

4. Right-click - Paste As Attachment

This would be a helluva lot quick than what it is now.
