Add user groups functionality to change order routing

I'm astonished this wasn't an obviously necessary feature, however here is something that should be added to Vault change orders;

When setting up routing for change orders, groups need the ability to be added to the routing.

As of right now, only individual users can be added. The reason this is terrible is because if the vault has been integrated into active directory, vault admins are still required to manually change the routing when domain users are changed around.

IF groups can be added to routing, then vault admins can leave the domain permissions up to the IT department and there will not be a need to change the ECO routing every week because of domain changes.

This idea is not new (see: Add user groups functionality to change order routing), and from what I see, it was discarded for lack of votes, but I consider it an important functionality to add to the application.
When creating routings, I have found in several installations that I manage the need to create routings with groups of users instead of individual users.
This would allow creating fewer routings when the situation, quite frequent, of having several users that can have the same function within each of the functions in the routing occurs.

On the other hand, when working in an environment synchronized with Active Directory, it is necessary to change routing manually every time a user is changed in the network.
I think it is a functionality that it would solve several configuration problems.

Regards,

The current routing is an 'all or nothing' aspect, a group routing would allow a collection of people to view/review a change but only one is really needed to approve it, not 20
