Ability to set default display order of all lists

It is extremely annoying that for many things (properties, file categories, groups, etc) the default display order appears to be order of creation.  In situations like file category, you don't even always have the option of reordering the values in the list.  In others, like groups, you end up always sorting them alphabetically to start with.

Being able to manipulate the display order of lists would make administration and use faster.

Display order can be set by clicking the column and it will be the sort order. Since each list is different, you will have to set each separately.

This is absolutely NOT solved. The idea is for DEFAULT sort order.  Having to sort the lists every single time I got into a dialog because they are in an order that doesn't make sense IS the issue.
