Ability customize visible properties and order by admin for all users
Would like to have the ability to turn on/off properties for items and files by admin and push settings out based on groups. To take this to another level would be to have several set-ups based on the groups (Eg. Production would need a different setup than Procurement).
Using the Vault Mobile App on the search results page you are limited to the properties, Name, Created By, Create Date and Size. In some cases the File Name does not mean anything to users and this can be difficult to track down the exact file you are looking for (even though your search criteria is specific as it can be).
The ASK: Can we make the search results page configurable with a column chooser or be able to choose the properties to be displayed? Number of characters may come into play here, but for the characters beyond the limit can be shown with a tooltip on a long press.

Clicking into each file will take you to see additional properties, but going one-by-one is very time consuming.
Note: The Tablet experience is slightly better because it doesn't change the page you are on with a split screen-like mode.
